SlimBound orders leave the fulfillment floor within one business day and reach most United States addresses in three to six business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Shipping cost
The three-bottle and six-bottle records ship free within the United States. Single-bottle orders carry shipping calculated at checkout by delivery address. Nothing is added after checkout and there is no handling fee hidden behind a second page.
Every parcel ships from the documented run
Whatever you order, the bottles come from the production run published on the batch record, currently batch 26-SLB-0842. That is what makes the lot code on your bottle checkable against this portal rather than a number nobody can trace.
When tracking stalls
Carriers routinely show nothing for the first 24 hours, and a parcel that sits at one facility for a day is normal. If there has been no movement for three business days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace. If a parcel is genuinely lost we replace it; you do not have to argue the point.
Wrong address, refused delivery and returns
Tell us within a few hours if you entered the wrong address and we will try to correct it before dispatch; after that the carrier controls it. A parcel refused at the door comes back to us and we refund the product price once it lands. Returns under the guarantee need a return number first, which the guarantee page explains.
Packaging
Bottles ship sealed, in plain outer packaging with no product name on the outside. The lot code is printed under the label seam on each bottle, not on the carton, so keep the bottle rather than the box if you may want a code checked later.
